Morgan Lewis & Bockius employment litigator Melinda Riechert has joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in a move that not only strengthens the firm’s trial bench, but also unites Riechert with her two daughters.

Riechert, who has won key trial victories for Oracle, Microsoft, Twitter and SpaceX, said she expects her move to Orrick to be her last. “I wanted to spend the last years of my career with my girls,” she said.
