After a month of scandals and allegations, MrBeast is trying to clear his name from allegations of being a fraud that fakes content.
This summer has seen a host of accusations thrown at YouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, including staging content and hosting illegal lotteries, according to former employee and whistleblower DogPack404.
The ex-staffer, who briefly worked in the ideation department, called the YouTuber a ‘fraud’, and also alleged in one of his videos that MrBeast knowingly hired a registered sex offender.
MrBeast hasn’t said a word about the allegations publicly, but it now appears that he will let celebrity attorney Alex Spiro do the talking for him, which has already resulting a fiery cease and desist letter being sent to the whistleblower.
Documents obtained by the Mail Online, who cite a company insider as the source, accuses DogPack404 – revealed to be called Dawson French – of ‘posting misinformation and false statements.’
The document addressed to French, says, ‘In your videos and posts, you have levied false and defamatory allegations against Mr. Beast and Jimmy Donaldson.’
Spiro is a well known attorney, who recently exonerated Alec Baldwin in the Rust shooting trial, where the actor was on trial for involuntary manslaughter.
According to the Mail Online, the leaked document is dated July 31, which is after the first YouTube video (which has been watched over 14 million times) was posted by French, where he accused MrBeast of staging content...
