MUNCIE, IN — A Muncie man has been charged in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis with filing false COVID-19 claims.

Gregory Vernon Dupree II, 38, in a federal indictment has been charged with eight counts with making fraudulent claims for Employer Retention Credit and COVID-related Sick and Family credits.
