The MW2 DMZ Whistleblower mission can be difficult to complete as it requires you to perform some hard tasks all in one deployment. The MW2 DMZ Whistleblower mission is a tier 2 mission for the Crown faction, requiring you to complete the following three tasks in one deployment: loot the Governor's Laptop from the Town Hall, deliver it to the Ashika Beach Club Dead Drop, and deliver a screwdriver to the same Dead Drop.
Starting with the Governor's Laptop, you will need to head to the City Hall located on the south of the island, just east of the Beach Club POI. However, before you can enter this area, you will need the City Hall Hideout key.
Getting the City Hall Hideout key can be an annoying task. The only surefire way to get this key is by finishing the tier one mission Health Conscious for the Legion faction. The only other options are hoping you get lucky when killing an enemy AI, eliminating an HVT, or searching supply caches.
