Hello, this is Sublime.
We would like to convey our official position regarding the recent reports concerning Nana.On November 15 of last year, Nana and her mother were victims of a serious crime in which a trespasser armed with a weapon broke into their residence and attempted a robbery.
From the early stages of the investigation, based on clear evidence and the statements of the victims and the perpetrator, the case has been investigated under the charge of robbery resulting in bodily injury, and the suspect has been indicted on the same charge; the trial is currently underway.
Nevertheless, the perpetrator has not shown any remorse for his crime and instead has filed retaliatory charges against the victim. He also repeatedly changed his statements and continues to make false claims.
We cannot help but be deeply angry and deplore the inhumane secondary victimization of Nana, causing the victim further harm by exploiting the fact that she is a celebrity figure to distort the truth and spread misinformation.
Regarding this lawsuit, the police recently reached a conclusion of "no charges and no referral [for prosecution]," indicating the official determination by the investigative authorities that the perpetrator's claims are entirely unfounded.
