National Park Outfitters Lose Bid to Halt Minimum Wage Mandate - Bloomberg Law

Private employers that conduct tours and recreational activities on federal lands, including in national parks, under U.S. government authorization will be subject to minimum wage rules starting Jan. 30, after a federal court in Colorado allowed the law to take effect while a challenge proceeds.
