UNITED States Navy officers have described their ships being stalked by intelligently controlled UFOs that are recorded to have been traveling at speeds upward of 3000 G-forces, a whistleblower has claimed.

The bombshell claims were made by retired Pentagon insider Luis Elizondo during the second Congressional hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), previously called UFOs.

Elizondo, the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), was one of four whistleblowers to testify during Wednesday's congressional hearing.

He claimed to House members how unidentified spacecraft have been recorded traveling faster than a human being can withstand.

"We are constantly having to re-evaluate what the definition of life is," Elizondo said.

"We are talking about technologies that outperform anything in our inventory."

For context, military-trained fighter pilots can withstand up to 9 G-force, or gravitational force equivalent, for a second or two before blacking out.

However, Elizondo claims UAPs have recorded going upwards of 3000 G-force.
