Paid sick and family leave laws recently passed by state legislatures are top of mind for employers, a new Littler Mendelson employer survey revealed.

The newly released Littler Annual Employer Survey for 2023 found that 71% of the 515 in-house lawyers, C-suite executives and HR professionals in the U.S. surveyed expect employment law changes to impact their businesses in the year ahead.
