Whistleblower Matthew Thomas Jr.'s complaint lacked specific facts supporting an inference of fraud, and it lacked plausible allegations that Premier submitted bills to the government that were uniquely within the company’s control, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said. Judge J. Paul Oetken’s order granted Premier’s motion to dismiss with prejudice.
