Satirical Ralph Lauren Magazine Cover Featuring Far-Right Influencer Nick Fuentes Gets Taken Seriously

What’s happening: Social media users are claiming that fashion brand Ralph Lauren featured far-right influencer Nick Fuentes on the cover of its Fall 2026 magazine.
In fact, the image of the supposed cover is an AI-doctored fake, NewsGuard found.
Context: Fuentes is known for his antisemitic and white-nationalist commentary. He has said on his “America First” podcast that Jews “have no place in Western civilization,” that the Holocaust was “exaggerated,” and that “Blacks need to be imprisoned.” He has 1.3 million followers on X.
A closer look: In September 2026, social media accounts posted a photo supposedly showing the Fall 2026 issue of Ralph Lauren’s magazine, featuring Fuentes in a navy striped suit jacket. The company posts a digital monthly magazine, which is separate from its catalogs.
The claim seemingly originated on X account @Schizopost69, which calls itself “SF Post.” The account posted the photo and stated, “Ralph Lauren in hot water after far right streamer Nick Fuentes appears on the front cover of the 2026 fall issue magazine.” The post garnered 835,700 views and 4,900 likes.
