The panel brings together legal experts and a psychologist to discuss how to manage conflict during discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial. Panelists will explore why conflict escalates, how it affects the mind and body, and ways to regain composure in difficult moments.
Carrie Brous of Brous Law will moderate the discussion. Other speakers include the Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the Hon. Janice M. Symchych (ret.) of JAMS, Michael Granston of Covington, and Randi Lechtenberger-Mitchell of the Kansas City Relationship Institute.
