A fired employee alleges in a suit that a New Jersey court has a hostile work environment based on race and gender.
Michele Richards, who was an assistant finance division manager in Essex County Superior Court, alleges she was fired Aug. 30, 2024, after trial court administrator Edward Wingren III undertook an investigation of employees working remotely in her office.
