Keith Kopplin, shareholder at the Milwaukee office of Ogletree Deakins is an employment attorney with a focus on wage and hour law.

The second review vacated the certification order and remanded the case. The plaintiffs’ subsequent effort to amend the pleadings was denied, and the case was ultimately dismissed.
