Nvidia Acquires Toronto AI Startup CentML: Employee Rights - Samfiru Tumarkin LLP

What Happened?

Nvidia has acquired CentML, a Toronto-based machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) startup.

While the financial details of the deal haven’t been disclosed, CentML’s co-founders will reportedly move to leadership roles at the American computer chip giant.

CentML customers have been informed that the startup’s operations will officially end on July 17.
