N.Y., Headhunter Win Approval of Whistleblower Tax Fraud Suit - Bloomberg Tax

A federal judge in New York approved a $100,000 tax fraud settlement between the state and global headhunter Egon Zehnder over the objections of a whistleblower who initiated the suit.

The whistleblower alleged New York-based Egon Zehnder International Inc. and its Zurich-based parent Egon Zehnder International AG underreported US-based earnings while inflating illegitimate losses, cheating New York and New York City out of millions in taxes.
