Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA):If you currently contribute to the Unreimbursed Health Expenses FSA, your participation in this account will end as of your last day of employment, and your Benny Card will be disabled. You will be offered COBRA continuation coverage by PacificSource Administrators. If you currently contribute to the Dependent Care Expenses FSA, your participation ends upon termination of employment. You will be eligible to access remaining funds through the end of the plan year. Questions regarding FSA accounts after termination of employment should be directed to PacificSource Administrators at 800-422-7038.

AFLAC Insurance:If you have purchased AFLAC insurance, contact Deschutes County AFLAC representative Becky Swanson at 541-531-5759 or via e-mail at [email protected] to discuss your options for continuing your coverage.

Legal Shield: If you have elected Legal Shield pre-paid legal services, you may complete a Payment Option form (link coming soon) if you choose to continue this coverage. E-mail the completed form within 30 days to [email protected] using the same e-mail address that is on file for your membership.
