Melinda Riechert joins Orrick as a partner in the employment practice in Silicon Valley, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Riechert defends tech and life sciences companies in employment matters such as discrimination and wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment, according to Orrick.
She joins from Morgan Lewis, Orrick said.
