Employment law firm Magara Law has been named the Best Place to Work in 2025 at the national Business Buzz Awards, crowning a stellar year of growth for the firm.
Judges recognised the firm’s commitment to staff wellbeing, flexibility, and professional growth.
The award comes as Magara Law marks its fifth year, with judges highlighting the firm’s investment in staff development and its approach to flexible, modern working.
The recognition follows a notable year for the practice, which earlier in 2025 launched a campaign to improve workplace rights for parents who experience baby loss. The initiative, led by Solicitor Shahrzad Seifi, called for strengthened bereavement protections and saw the firm join national efforts to encourage clearer policies for employers.
Magara Law operates from offices in Bicester, Banbury, Reading and London and has continued to grow its team since launching in 2020.
