WILLIAMSPORT – The Williamsport Area School District accuses a sexual abuse victim of making patently false allegations in his latest federal court complaint against it and Lycoming County.
The district makes that claim in a motion filed Monday in U.S. Middle District Court to dismiss the complaint of John Doe who claims he was victimized in a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, motel.
He was a member of the Williamsport Area High School baseball team that was there for a tournament.
