STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Huguenot father is incensed after an alleged incident last Friday at Tottenville High School involving his 14-year-old daughter, school administrators and an NYPD safety agent.
According to both the student and her father, she was unnecessarily and inappropriately searched by a school safety agent who pressed on the outside of her bra and against her hips — she said she was wearing leggings without pockets — amid suspicions that someone in her class had been smoking or vaping marijuana.
