Park Na-rae, who faced criticism over allegations of manager power abuse and illegal medical practices, ultimately announced a hiatus from her activities. In contrast, Cho Sae-ho, amid rumors of ties to organized crime, continued with scheduled variety show filming, showcasing contrasting approaches.
Park Na-rae faced a real estate asset freeze application from two former managers on the 3rd, placing her at the center of the controversy. The former managers claimed they suffered so-called "power abuse" while working at Park’s one-person agency, including verbal abuse, physical harm, proxy prescriptions, unpaid production fees, and constant personal errands.
Additionally, allegations emerged that Park Na-rae received psychotropic medications through proxy prescriptions from a figure known as "Jusa Imo," along with accusations of violating the Development of Popular Culture and Arts Industry Act due to the unregistered one-person agency.
