On the 29th, Park Sihoo's legal representative, Attorney Park Seong-bae from Hye Myeong Law Firm, stated in an official position, "The Seoul Eastern District Court recognized all charges of theft, Violation of the Information and Communications Network Act (Defamation), and Personal Information Protection Act violation against the defendant who posted false information related to actor Park Sihoo on SNS on October 22, 2026, and sentenced the defendant to 10 months in prison."
