Samantha Botros (Associate) represents and counsels employers and management in many aspects of employment law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, privacy issues, and California wage and hour matters. She received her J.D. the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Alex Baghdassarian (Partner) focuses his practice on construction contract administration, development agreements, and claims and litigation, including construction defects and delays, and claims involving defaults and terminations. Alex handles binding arbitrations and jury and bench trials in Federal and State Court, and represents clients in Northern and Southern California.
