Pet Supplier Chewy Free of Customer Service Worker's Wage Suit - Bloomberg Law

A former Chewy Inc. worker agreed to drop her wage-and-hour case against the online pet-supplies retailer because they’ve “reached an amicable resolution,” the parties told a federal judge.

The ex-customer service representative signed an arbitration agreement before she sued in July, and Chewy’s lawyers informed her attorneys of the agreement three days later, prompting them to resolve the dispute, according to a joint stipulation for dismissal filed in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Thursday.
