Her father has become the "poster boy" of the ICC, she asserted during the 37-minute speech streamed live by one of her supporters on Facebook.
"The one and only," she said, adding the court is targeting an Asian leader as it "cannot go after" leaders of other races.
Rodrigo Duterte was arrested and swiftly handed over to the ICC in March 2025 to face crimes against humanity charges over his "war on drugs" that rights groups say killed thousands.

In the same speech, Sara Duterte criticised her ex-ally President Ferdinand Marcos, saying he "delivered" her father to the ICC.
Marcos had repeatedly said his government would not cooperate with the tribunal's investigation, but later announced he would not stand in the way if the international tribunal asked Interpol to arrest Duterte.
The ICC is a "lapdog" of Marcos and Antonio Trillanes, the vice president said, referring to the former senator behind the case (archived link).
