Plana Ventura Garcés continues to strengthen its growth strategy with the incorporation of the team led by Luis Hormeño, who joins the firm as a partner. With more than 25 years of experience in employment and Social Security law, white-collar crime, compliance, arbitration and dispute resolution, Hormeño has advised companies across a range of sectors, both nationally and internationally.
He has particular experience in the defence of senior executives and in business-related economic criminal proceedings and compliance matters. Throughout his career, he has also served on several boards of directors, giving him a strong understanding of corporate decision-making and enabling him to incorporate a business perspective into defence strategies before national and international courts and arbitral tribunals.
The firm also welcomes Fernando Castañeda, a lawyer specialising in criminal law and dispute resolution with more than 10 years of experience.
