The 6th Criminal Division of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office (headed by Chief Prosecutor Lee Kyung-min) is conducting a search and seizure at the office of the Korea Communications Standards Commission in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as part of its investigation into former Chairperson Ryu, who is suspected of violating the Act on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, among other charges.
