In the SBS variety show *Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 – You Are My Destiny*, broadcast on the 3rd, three-time fencing champion Oh Sang-wook appeared as a special MC.
That day, Oh Jin-seung stunned everyone by claiming they shared "the same bloodline" with Oh Sang-wook, simply because they share the same surname. When Oh Sang-wook appeared on the broadcast, Oh Jin-seung abruptly asked, "Mr. Oh Sang-wook, are we perhaps relatives?" He insisted, "Didn’t you live in the Daejeon area for a long time? Chungcheong Province is a clan village for the Oh surname. If you look closely, we resemble each other. We’re from the same bloodline."
Oh Sang-wook, taken aback, shook his head and said, "What are you talking about?" Kim Gu-ra also burst into laughter, saying, "Doctor, please stop it now." Undeterred, Oh Jin-seung continued, "Our eyebrows are similar," to which Oh Sang-wook firmly replied, "I drew my eyebrows."
The panelists retaliated against Oh Jin-seung’s "lies," quipping, "You might as well claim to be related to Obama" and "There’s also Ohtani as a sibling product."
