QuantiTech Inc. and its subcontractor Qualis Corp. defeated a information security manager’s attempt to revive a False Claims Act suit alleging he was fired in retaliation for calling attention to what he believed was improper conduct under a U.S. Air Force contract, the Eleventh Circuit affirmed Monday.
Israel Briggs claimed he was fired because he identified cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Air Force information systems.
