Raising Cane’s can force a worker who alleges violations of multiple California employment laws on behalf of a proposed class to arbitrate her claims, a federal judge said.

The worker argued that she didn’t remember seeing the arbitration agreement and wouldn’t have signed it if she had known what it meant, but the fried chicken chain established that she entered into a valid agreement to arbitrate her employment-related claims, the US District Court for the Central District of California said Monday.
