Lawyers at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, a developer of medicines for infectious diseases including cancer, and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by Krakower DiChiara LLC on behalf of Jennifer Dunklin-Dorazio and Winifred Egan. The case is 3:22-cv-01981, Egan et al v. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. et al.
