REAL Housewives Of Miami’s Lisa Hochstein has had a restraining order filed against her by her estranged husband Lenny’s new girlfriend.
Model Katharina Mazepa, 26, claims that her boyfriend’s ex is trying to harass her.
As reported by UsWeekly, Katharina filed the restraining order against Lisa, 39, on July 27.
Court documents allege that Lisa made several fake Instagram accounts to spread false rumors about an alleged affair between Lenny and Katharina before the Bravolebrity had agreed to divorce.
Speaking to the outlet, Katharina said: “The truth is I am not a homewrecker, I am not someone destroying a family, and I am not someone acting in an inappropriate manner as is being stated publicly by Lisa.
"This filing will prove that and the injunctive relief for her that has already been granted by a judge will hopefully stop the online bullying, stalking, harassing, and threatening behavior from Lisa."
A representative for the former Miss Vienna told the outlet that her injunction was initially filled to stop the false claims that Katharina and Lenny, 55, were having an affair.
The rep claims that the rumors were made up “solely for the purpose to harm Katharina’s physical safety, emotional well-being, reputation, and business.”
Katharina told Us: “I have chosen not to respond back with threatening or distasteful messages to Lisa but rather deal with this in a professional and proper manner which is through the judicial system."
