Jeannie-Marie Blake is suing the Commonwealth over alleged mistreatment by her former employer, Services Australia.
More details about how former public servant Jeannie-Marie Blake was treated by her then employer after giving evidence to the robodebt royal commission have been revealed in a lawsuit against the Commonwealth.
Blake, a former frontline employee at Services Australia, shared her experience of being “bastardised” by her workplace before a parliamentary committee hearing last year.
Now, she’s taking the matter to court, with proceedings filed in the Federal Court to be heard by Justice James Stellios this week.
