Russia is spreading a fake claim that Ukraine is preparing a “terrorist attack” against the British ambassador and other British diplomats in Moscow. In reality, this is yet another information operation by Russian intelligence services, intended to create an “alibi” for themselves in advance amid possible provocations of their own.
