Russian propaganda has intensified its disinformation campaign surrounding the tragedy in Bucha, targeting a Western audience. In this way, the enemy is attempting to divert the international community’s attention from the escalating terror against Ukraine’s civilian population.
Foreign media figures have been enlisted to spread these falsehoods, including an Irish blogger with a large following who is loyal to Russia; in his video, he attempts to cast doubt on the official figures regarding the killings of Bucha residents by manipulating the lists of the deceased.
The agency emphasizes that the published material is merely a rehash of long-standing Russian narratives. The author deliberately shifts the focus to specific details in order to obscure the main point: during the occupation of Bucha, the Russian army committed war crimes by torturing and killing peaceful Ukrainians.

In addition, Russian propaganda has launched a fake “flash mob” aimed at opposing mobilization in Ukraine. Photos are circulating online of allegedly pregnant Ukrainian women holding sheets of paper with calls not to carry out mobilization.
