Longtime NJBIA member Saiber LLC on Tuesday announced the addition of Marc D. Freedman as member and Steven M. Friedland as counsel in a move that strengthens the Florham Park law firm’s Business Services and Employment practices.
This strategic expansion reflects Saiber’s commitment to strengthening its corporate and M&A capabilities, with a particular focus on industry-specific solutions for clients in the staffing sector and beyond.
Both attorneys join Saiber from the boutique firm Freedman & Friedland LLC of Hasbrouck Heights, bringing decades of experience in corporate and employment law, particularly within the staffing industry.
Freedman, a seasoned corporate attorney, joins the firm’s Business Services group as a member. With an extensive background in employment and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, he brings deep knowledge of the legal and business issues impacting staffing companies and other industries.
He previously served as general counsel and senior executive officer for one of the largest public companies in the temporary employment sector. His wide-ranging experience includes corporate acquisitions, securities compliance, labor relations, defending employers in discrimination matters and class actions, restrictive covenant litigation, risk management, and strategic consulting for senior executives.
