Saudi Arabia arrested Mossad agents staging false-flag attack, Tucker Carlson claims - Türkiye Today

U.S. conservative media personality Tucker Carlson claimed that authorities in Saudi Arabia and Qatar intercepted and arrested several Mossad agents operating within their borders who were planning on committing bombings inside their countries.

The allegations suggest that the operatives were planning false-flag "bombing attacks" intended to destabilize the region, allegedly to turn Gulf countries against Iran during the intense aerial campaign by the U.S. and Israel against Iran.

According to Carlson, intelligence services in Riyadh and Doha coordinated to detain the Israeli agents.

He framed the alleged arrests as a turning point in regional security, saying that Gulf nations are increasingly willing to push back against Israeli intelligence operations.

"These weren't just spies; these were people tasked with carrying out kinetic operations—bombings," Carlson stated during his report.

Saudi Arabia shut down the Tas Tanura refinery

Saudi Arabia's state oil giant Aramco shut its Ras Tanura refinery following an Iranian drone strike on Monday, an industry source told Reuters, as Tehran launched retaliatory strikes across the Gulf region in response to the U.S.-Israeli attack on Iran.

The refinery was shut as a precautionary measure, and the situation is under control, the source said.
