Director of School Education Thammem Ansariya has warned that criminal cases would be filed against those spreading false propaganda about the Mega DSC-2025 teacher recruitment process.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, Ms. Ansariya said the Department of School Education had completed the Mega DSC-2025 recruitment drive for 15,941 teacher posts across the State in record time with transparency and efficiency.
“All recruitments were carried out with utmost transparency by adopting advanced technology-driven systems and strictly following legal norms,” she said.
Ms. Ansariya said the entire recruitment process was conducted in accordance with government orders, notified recruitment rules and reservation policies. She added that transparency measures, digital security systems, grievance redressal mechanisms and district-level verification procedures were implemented effectively at every stage.
However, she alleged that certain newspapers, social media platforms and individuals were deliberately spreading false and misleading information about DSC-2025. Without properly understanding the government-notified reservation policy, particularly the implementation of horizontal reservation, some were making baseless allegations regarding question paper leaks, non-publication of merit lists and illegal selections without any evidence, she said.
