A Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. claims examiner can proceed with part of his lawsuit alleging continuous discrimination and retaliation through new ownership over several years.

Mamnoon Ahmad Khan, a Muslim man who immigrated from Pakistan in 1983, alleged that the discrimination carried over from when he began working at York Risk Services Group Inc. in 2014 before it was acquired by Sedgwick in 2019, the court said.
