Sephora was hit with an employment discrimination lawsuit on Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by PereGonza the Attorneys LLC on behalf of a former Sephora beauty advisor who claims that he was subjected to discrimination based on race, national origin and sexual orientation.
