Seyfarth Shaw has added commercial litigators Jesse Miller and Jennifer Fearnow as partners as well as Marc Fosse as partner and co-chair of the executive and equity compensation practice in the employee benefits department in San Francisco, Calif., the firm said Wednesday.

Miller and Fearnow focus on commercial litigation and class action defense, with experience handling trade secret, non-compete, and false claims litigation, according to Seyfarth.

Fosse centers his practice on tax, securities, corporate and accounting issues associated with executive and equity compensation arrangements, Seyfarth said.

Miller and Fearnow join from Reed Smith while Fosse joins from Trucker Huss, said the firm.
