Christina Haack hit back at ex-husband Ant Anstead in new legal documents in which she blasts his “false allegations” about her quality as a mother to their son Hudson.
The filing, obtained by Page Six, objected to Anstead’s request for sole custody and includes a letter from the “Christina on the Coast” star herself in which she provides evidence that supports her claims that Anstead has lied.
“I will not speculate as to his true motivations, but Hudson’s best interest is not what is motivating his application to the Court,” her statement begins.
Haack, 38, claims the “Celebrity IOU” host, 43, “declined” her offers of private mediation and private judging and instead believes he simply wants to “tarnish my good name with his false allegations,” the documents read.
She also blasts Anstead’s claim about 2-year-old Hudson’s pre-schooling and supplies text messages purportedly sent by the British host readily approving of her decisions. Haack also went after Anstead’s claim that he “never used” Hudson as a “promotional tool” by including his People magazine cover on which Hudson appeared to help Anstead promote “his business, his book and him… .”
The HGTV star continuously asserts that Anstead is solely trying to “create a false narrative and smear my good name” and is using their son to do so. She further claims that Anstead has begun to “harass” those closest to her, including her nanny and publicist.
