A year ago, where did you expect your company to be this spring? Where are you today? A year ago, Griffiths Law wanted to have a full team of attorneys and paralegals and be working at or just above our revenue targets for 2021. In 2021, we saw record numbers of intake calls and new clients. We did not think the trend would continue on a year-over-year basis, but 2022 has started off tremendously strong and intakes, new clients, and revenue are all significantly up from last year. We continue to see record numbers and expect 2022 to be our most profitable year yet.
What changes has your business implemented in the past two years? In late 2020, three out of the six equity shareholders of the firm departed to start their own firm. However, the firm exited this brief period of transition far better off than before. With the strength of the team and the caliber of attorneys at the firm, we came out stronger. This allowed the firm a time to reorganize, make necessary changes, and grow. We have since hired amazing attorneys and have created an immensely strong team. When COVID hit, Griffiths Law was one of the first law firms to work almost entirely remotely. We fully equipped the office to enable every lawyer, paralegal, and support staff to work from home.
