Substantial changes to employment law will happen in 2025 and Gloucester-based Davies and Partners wants to help employers navigate through the new legislation.
The firm is holding a free employment law seminar at Gloucester Rugby Club's Chairman's Suite next week (Tuesday, April 1).
The seminar will take place from 7:45am until 9:30am, with breakfast rolls provided.
It will give delegates a better understanding of the latest legal implications on a range of issues, with tips and advice on how to manage situations when they arise in the workplace.
Areas covered will include:
• The new employment law Bill of Rights including zero hour contracts and day one rights
• Positive obligations for employers on sexual harassment
• What the future holds for employers under the new government
• Common mistakes made during the redundancy process and how to avoid them
