On the 3rd, Kyungjun Lee of Law Firm Cheongchul, Mr. A's attorney, stated, 'The individual making the unilateral claim of victimhood (hereafter referred to as Mr. B) was transferred from the original team on August 20, 2025, due to complaints from juniors, colleagues, seniors, and even external collaborators regarding difficulties caused by Mr. B.'
He continued, 'Mr. B's words and actions during the production process led to ongoing and repeated conflicts with the program team members. Eventually, communication broke down to the extent that key personnel essential to the project avoided even making eye contact with Mr. B. Mr. A made every effort to resolve these issues and keep the project on track, but even conversations intended to mediate the situation ended in disputes with Mr. B. Ultimately, Mr. A reported the ongoing conflicts between Mr. B and the team members to upper management after attempting to resolve them independently.'
