Starbucks Settles Bias Suit With Black, Jewish Former Employee - Bloomberg Law

Starbucks Corp. settled a suit brought by a former Texas employee, who alleged he was fired because he is Black and Jewish, and because he has a disability.

C.R. Perkins settled his claims against Starbucks, the order signed Wednesday by Judge George C. Hanks Jr. of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas said, dismissing the claims without prejudice to reinstatement.
