Sullivan & Cromwell has moved into a new, larger office in downtown Palo Alto.
The firm continues to view Palo Alto as an important office, located 'at the leading edge of tech innovations,' according to office leader Sarah Payne.
As transactional work ticks up, some of the firm's Palo Alto attorneys recently advised Softbank in connection to Arm's IPO, and others have worked on major AI partnership deals.
