The justices on Monday rejected lawyer Schuyler File’s request to review a decision by the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit that upheld the State Bar of Wisconsin’s membership and dues requirements.
The denial marks at least the fourth time the Supreme Court has rejected petitions from lawyers challenging state bar requirements.
