By Michelle Casady (January 6, 2022, 6:23 PM EST) -- The Texas Attorney General's Office is appealing to the state's supreme court to undo an intermediate appellate court ruling that allowed former top aides to proceed with their whistleblower lawsuit alleging they were fired for reporting abuses of power.
