Terry Gerton I want to talk with you about the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They were pretty quiet during the shutdown, but they’ve got a full quorum now. They haven’t had that in a while. And they’ve got funding. You work with them quite a bit. What do you think is going to change in the near term?
Debra Leder I think we’re going to see a lot of changes, at least over the next several weeks, until there might be another issue with funding down the road. But I think that we can expect the EEOC to come out of the gate running to accomplish some of these tasks that they have been anxious about doing since the current administration took hold in January of 2025.
